I really like how he folded his shirt, as a pleat, for tucking in purposes. Obviously you could have a more fitted shirt, but I think this is interesting. One could try reversing the pleat toward the back, too. Also, I like the small stick detail on the pockets.
Notice how he tucks his pant cuff into his loafers. Again, if you’re not going to get your pants cut slimmer and shorter, then this is a solid way to go.

I noticed Japanese men tend to match shoes and accessories together. As with women, when not overdone, it can pull a simple outfit together and look very classy.
