>Sautee Red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow onion in oil and water. Add wild rice, artichoke hearts, sausage slices, and garlic.

Add black pepper and balsamic vinegar.
On a toasted pita with a little parmasan reggiano cheese.
So yummy! I had this as a pita sandwich, but it’s great alone or cold as a vegetable salad. Also, hold the sausage to make a fabulous vegetarian meal!
